Yoga Nidra is also known as "yogic sleep". It is a deeply relaxing style of yoga where the body remains completely still and the mind is taken on a journey of conscious awareness. The mind remains awake, but the body rest deeply. This type of yoga is known to be as affective as 4 hours of sleep.
